SAA-C02 AWS Software Solutions Architect Associate Overview

If you are on the lookout for training material that will enable you to create cost-effective, fault-tolerant systems on Amazon Web Services, this course best suits you! This course consists of comprehensive discussions, demonstrations, and introductions and is divided into nine parts. 

The first part covers fundamentals and infrastructure. This gives learners an introduction to cloud computing, the cloud environment, AWS, setting up your environment, establishing the user's first EC2, firewalls, and subnets.

In the second segment focusing on storage, learners will be learning about block vs. object storage, EBS Portability, Instance Store, S3 Storage Classes, S3 Versioning, and Storage and Implementing File Gateway. 

Part three of the course covers High Availability. In this segment, learners will know more about high availability, elastic load balancing, path-based routing, AWS WAF, and VPN.

The next portion is devoted to Cloud Elasticity. This lesson discusses essential elements, including EC2 auto-scaling, dynamic scaling, global accelerator, ECR, VPC, and gateway endpoints.

The fifth segment deals with Identity Access Management and Cryptography. It introduces learners to concepts such as identity and access management, condition element and the CLI, IAM role and organizations, S3 bucket policies, cryptography, and AWS KMS.

The next section covers Serverless Architecture. This lesson emphasizes Serverless Computing and provides learners an introduction to API, DataSync, Databases, Amazon Aurora, and DynamoDB.

The seventh part of the course is entitled "Scalable Apps & Domain Name System." This lesson underscores message broker and SQS visibility timeout. The material also introduces learners to DNS and provides a comprehensive discussion about Route53. 

Second to the last is about Analytics and Content Delivery. In this segment, learners will discover ideas, including streaming data and kinesis firehose. Learners will also be familiarized with importing and exporting data, RedShift, Content Delivery Networks, and Lambda@Edge.

Concluding this course is the last part called Monitoring and Exam Prep. This segment will tackle Cloudwatch and a well-architected Framework. Most importantly, learners will be guided in preparing for the examination or certification.
